At the conclusion of your installation, the installer will give you a copy of the Star Service Customer Satisfaction survey and request that you complete it.

You simply fill out the survey and drop it in the mail. The survey goes directly to Star Service headquarters where all our scores are tabulated. We receive a monthly report that lets us know how we did servicing you, and all our customers.

This feedback keeps us focused on our service and keeps our customers at the center of our attention. In fact, to stay in the Star Service program, we need to keep our scores and our service at a high level. We are proud of our participation in Star Service and our award-winning performance.
